We advise taking the pendant off when you go to bed, as several people have reported trouble sleeping while wearing the products. If you are using the oil, we typically recommend not applying it after 5PM, but every body’s reaction is different and some people have noted falling asleep after applying the oil, so check in with your self to see what is best for you.

The pendant must always be touching the skin, as this is how it transfers information. If contact with the skin is broken, the connection to the information encoded on the pendant is also lost. It is generally best to wear the pendant under your clothing for this reason. If you are involved in athletic pursuits, we generally recommend that the infused oil be used, as these will not shift or move around the body during strenuous activity, thus maintaining a strong connection.

Pendants should be washed regularly. Try to avoid a buildup of oil or grime on the surface of the pendant, as this may impede the ability of the infusion to communicate with the body.

If for any reason you experience discomfort, hyperactivity, increased heart rate or uneasiness, remove the pendant or wash off the oil. The oil can be washed off with soap and water. In the event that any of our products feel uncomfortable, we recommend that you either try a product with a lower strength rating (like the 200 series vs the 400 series) or discontinue use altogether. However, many people have found that it is possible to adapt to this higher energy over time if you continue to use the product. Perhaps you should talk with your healthcare provider to see if there is any physical reason you should discontinue use of this product.
